I lol'd at people's thickness.

Ok so there was this guy who reported a governor for uing a diety skill twice in less than 2 hours ( because he saw the diety 5 min ago with 5 min left on his CD but then again saw him 10 min later with his deity skill up )

The proof:
A screen shot with the diety skill having 4 min left.
Another Screen sho with the diety skill having 5 min left.

You guessed it folks, the one with 5 min left was first in order by him.

Just to make things clear, my 3 year old cousin could take 2 screen shots and change their order.

Nways, the governor replied to him explaining.
He used the diety skill, when the gov killed all his enemys there was 5 min left on the buff... so he logged out because no one was around and it will be a waste.
He logged back in a few minutes later and they came back to the fort so he killed them but one of them saw that he stil had 5 min left on his skill even tho its been a couple of minutes since the gov killed them and they came back.

Explanation & Conclusion:

The Reporter saw a governor with 5 min left on the skill.
The Reporter was killed by the governor.
It took him... lets say 3 min for argument's sake, to rez up and fly back to the fort.
When he came back he "expected" the gov's buff to be at 2 min left ( 5 -3 = 2 :tongue: ) but he was struck speechless when he saw it was still at 5 min.
The poor guy didnt know what was going on, so he took a SS and reported it.

How ?

When you have a Buff/Food on and you logout the T minus countdown of the buff will Freeze (stop) until the player is logged back in again.
The T minus cooldown timer of the actual buff ( 2 hours for diety will continue running).

BUT, The person will have to be logged out for 2 hours IRL time.

So lets say he has 5 min left, he loggs out for 10min (IRL) and get back again, His deity skill CD will be at 1:45 min.
5 min(ingame) + 10 min (IRL) = 15 min.
15 min - 2 hours = 1:45 Hour and 45 Min.

Ok, is this a bugg or what ?

No, It isnt a bug.
This is how the database works.
In retail aion deity's used to do this in shard wars.
The reason it didnt happen in forts is because when a ever a person logs out in a fort he gets teleported X meter's away from the fort.
To prevent cheap ambushes.

This however (not sure cuz i never tried it ) Is not implemented in Gamez aion.

Why ? frankly.. I dont know why.
But what i know is:
The Governor is in no way guilty or should be accused as Hacker/Bugger IN NO way what so ever.
As this Is a problem related to the server and the good people in-charge of it, and in no way should be linked nor viewed as an abuse via the player.

i think your missing the point.. it wasn't because of the duration that was left. i think it was because the duration of the time increased.
i think the first screenie was like 4:55min that then in the second screenie it went up to 5:47min

that's why we were wondering how he did that.

What you should be wondering about is the proof that the SS with 5:47 was taken AFTER the SS with 4:55
There is no proof of which was taken first AT ALL.
