my abyss rank don't go up ...blocked at rank 1

so i have almoust 300k ap.....and i still am rank 1..
to be star 1 u need 214k ap i have almoust 300k!!!!
wy don't go up ??? hmmmm???
and is for crystal
also i reloged ...close the game ..evrything...
so is a bug or wat???

I found this thread about this same problem.
Not sure if this is still relevant information or not since the 2.1 update though.

 

thats what carl did i guess, you need alot of abyss points to reach rank 1, for example im star 5 with 10mil ap i need 20mil ap or higher to be gov

 

Its..one faction can only have limited numbers of Governors,Commands,Great Generals,Generals and Officers

If your AP is not higher than the lowest 1 star,your rank wont go up

 

nah men crystal didn't recived that update anywai!!!
and our ap wasn't taked at the update for 2.1!!!!
with 20min before update i vas governor and i spend my ap till rank 5!!! after update i was rank 5!!! no change!!!

lol now i'm star 1 aahahhaah ....tnx ash i found the answer so it's refresh it evry 6 hours??? or 12 hours ? or 24?

i realy don't know melforce !!! hmm but now i'm star 1 with almoust 300k ap ....like before ..only that now ranks refresh evry a few hours!!! how much hours ...idk???
