rengers cap speed in retail is 1.2 ..u can use wathever buffs u wana u will not pas 1.2 so is not a f... bug!!!!!!!!!!!!!(like sorcs mb was capeed same it is the rengers speed)
rengers demange on retail don't pass 3.3 k wathewer u will use as buffs!!!!!!! the standard demange winouth BUFFS for rengers is far lower that this one FROM HERE !!!!!!1
only shot that hit so hard is stuning shot but has onlt 10% chances to hit ..not like here were is 100%!!! -

anywai rengers are 2 times stronger that they suposed to be !!!!!!
heinhachiii told me that he would give the skill awai for that 0.6 speed attack !!!
the thing is that i wana 5k magic boost but well i can't get it ..and so u can't !!!
and demange is f..ed up^^

so i ask carl to make rengers how they are suposed to be^^!!!!!! at least for crystal ..u can't make the server half retail lol cuz is f..ed up !!!!!!

 

But even with that video, I'm still in doubt. You have to look at it from this point of few: A class that can silence, blind, reduce movement speed, aether's hold and even put the target the sleep, doing all those from 25m range, very high attack speed (1.2 is still very fast, believe it or not), the ability to use hide and sneak up on the player (like you even have too).
That DP transformation which increases all those sufficiently, these kind of damage is something to consider changing. You have too much tactical skills to have and consider that damage 'retail'.

As I said before, I'm not one to complain but this issue certainly hits the biscuit. Currently ranger do not have any weaknesses in a stand alone battle. Enough said, we'll see what in future times have in store.

The skills that says skill trigger rate 10%. Happened with my Cleric and Glad, so most likely the others.

 

anywai is not 10% men for god think is 90 or 95 lol
