What is better for templar .. shield or sword and what chain skill is better ..

    GS, Warhammer,shield can do. both are good for templar's. btw, you can have those items both you can switch weap any time you want.

    -Best chain skill IN MY OPINION (not fact, you don't need to follow it) is the one that reduces the attackers attack speed... imo o_O;


    -Best weapon is either greatsword for when you are going all-out offensive.

    Or mace/shield or sword/shield for defence/most of the time when not actively PvPing.

    your choice will depend on your playing style...if you want to kill enemies quickly go for GS, if you want to tank and at the same time do damage go for shield +sword/mace...

    No.1 choice....

    - sword + shield = good Pvp

    Well.... alternate...

    - GreatSword = well just suitable in PvE
    (dont be excited of the armed fused,
    it doesn't make a good deal in PvP)


    well, gear your self with the best sword and shield^_^V

    u dont use sword shield as temp :S u use hammer + shield.. period
    temp has a 3 chain combo where the last chain hits ppl like a truck and makes them run like hell
    after ur chain combos and when ur enemy has done his u bring out ur GS and finish it

    Weapons do NOT extend if you remodel them with extendable ... they only extend if you use an extendable as a primal weapon for armfusing ...

    @ OP : Greatsword + Mace/Shield ~ A temp w/o switching weapons aint worth shit ~

    i thought eyeshielder was a pro temp but after reading what he said earlier, he wasn't.

    extendables will only work if you dont remodel it. also for temp, your grap skill will go 25m grab when you equip extendable great sword

    Doom lure will available from 21metres ( since it's 17m originally ) The remove shock chain skill which pulls , that'll go to 29metres...

    Please guys ... refrain from posting if you know shit about templars ~

    im using sword + shield (and greatsword)
    i like sword more cuz it have more attackspeed and crit (i think magic boost is pretty useless when u have only 2 magical skills <,<)

    and the stigma chain with divine justice etc.

    Switching between shield and warhammer and GS is the key... use your offensive with the GS and defensive with the shield..
    i would say the shield is better to use.. you got more skills to use when using it
