@ Bella that pic just shows the same place form the report post from Siel on Lumiel from a diffrent fiew where you can clearly see where the "LANDINGPOINT" and where "OBLISKPOINT" is and with that knowledge you could count 1 and 1 together and see the Asmos stand and kill near BINDPOINT and not near where you are landing

and sry i logged on retail and there you got spawnprotect after aether flight but they also got locations where you drop out of the air but there it isn't a big problem because you get askicked from the guards ^^

 

^Basicly a protection and you aren't supposed to get status effect or dmg during aether flight along with untargetable. Since I played Templar on retail being a frontline all the time. Hehe.

And finally to bring it to a single point what ppl like me are criticising is that you don't have any chance to escape any chance to fight back and any chance of knowing what awaits you there you take aether flight you drop you get owned is that really the meaning of it if i would have known that 40 Asmos would like to rape me i wouldn't have gone there.

I didn't know that Ingisson or Gelkmaros is now a FREE FLY ZONE omg.

 

They aint free fly zones, they do how ever have big effing gaurds that stop mear mortals from camping the spawn points. only the people who cant PVP and have to use deity kill at ing / gek now.

As for the original thread. i have already sent Bell a PM about this very issue. but alas it goes in one ear and out of the other.

What baffles me is that it takes 2 seconds to test this out ingame, yet all GM's cant seem to grasp the concept of falling when you respawn making you targettable.

IE: with out hands on the controls you respawn only to FALL A SHORT DISTANCE MAKING YOU TARGETABLE. also spawn protection is NOT fixed. yes you are immune to damage for 60 seconds, BUT NOT STUN / KNOCK BACK that renders any chance of you trying to scroll port out impossible considering the large amount of Glad spawn killers on the server.

It also amazes me how every spawn camping glad knows this, yet our faithful GMs seem to not have a ****ing clue.

 

Stop complaining. If you want spawn protection on flight transport, put it in the Suggestions area. Otherwise, if you're trying to go somewhere, bring a group. It's completely your fault if you are killed more than once by going solo vs. "40" others.

Calling out GM's for something they have no control over like Zee mentioned, will not help much. It's nice you brought this to everyone's attention but you could of done it a lot nicer and with less hassle by posting in an appropriate thread for matters like this

I think we know where suggestions go, you obviously haven't been around here very long or you would know that the forums are just a place for people to flame the hell out of each other. for those who have left to hang around and give there opinion like it matters more. and for people who like to think their in charge to do **** all and even when someone says about it in details, take no notice of it.

Where devs come and go more times than ive changed my underwear and where carl the server owner does what he wants, when he wants and when ever he wants and no complaint / suggestion or tip with out an offering of cash is going to get him to do a damn thing about it.

You can post all you want in suggestions, but truth is. General gets more attention.

If you read carefully, my point was: This thread is clearly a complaint, and what developer would bother reading a thread full of flames? Also insulting them doesn't help.

Obviously General does get more attention but instead of creating a new thread you could post in one of the QQ threads already made. Right now all you're doing is rampaging about something that was already discussed. Yes, clearly there's a lot of problems and Gm's have no control over bugs. I like some of the GM's we have because they try the best they can and that's all you can ask. Carl has his own reasoning for everything and probably doesn't have the time to even read this. He knows there's problems. He knows half of the gamers are upset. And i still believe he's trying with what he can. When the game was down for what, a few days not too long ago? Himself and Alente were doing everything they could to get the servers back up in a timely manner. Unless you know anything about managing a game like Gamezaion, then i don't really think you have room to talk.

Also, to add to that, don't rage at Euphrosyne. He/she was merely trying to help. It's not his/her responsibility to tell you where you really should probably post. People do flame a lot in General and they shouldn't be. Complaints and General talk are not the same thing.

Dude, i was making you aware of what its like around here, if you want to take it as a flame by all means, indulge your self.

This thread might clearly be a complant, but we have 1 dev. points have been raised about this issue before we even went to 2.1, nothing gets done around here. as i said, if you had been here a bit longer you would know that.

So although you might think your doing the correct thing by trying to explan a few things about where things should go. it really doesnt matter, as nothing is going to change anytime soon.

 

I've been here since the summer, just fyi. And as far as I know, the first part of what I posted was sarcasm.

 

Kishar Outpost obelisk will be fixed in next update,
Cant find anything wrong with Undirborg Observation post and Soteria Sanctuary obelisks.

Stun/Knockback/Fear in spawn protection are fixed already.
