Cant use many of my stigma skills.. HELP!

    alot of my greater stigma skills are "greyed" out..
    Hunter's Might I
    Speed of the Wind I
    Bestial Fury I
    Ancestral Brightwing Arrow I

    i thought all skills were made available to us..
    i asked a fellow ranger and he can use those skills

    anybody else have this problem..?
    kind of annoying.. same thing on my sin, i couldnt use shadow walk and many other skills.

    You can't use them, they are like gray and you can't click on it?
