we can't tell you how to be super strong and beat people up. but if you're fighting in crude street brawl style, you just need to master a few skills from martial arts to end the fight.

1)watch human weapon documentary series from history channel(torrent 'em)
2) find the moves you like, easy to learn, and powerful(there's like 3-7moves they focus on each episodes with detailed 3D models and slow mo)
3) grab a friend, practice the moves
4)spar with the said friend to test your reflex
5)go kick some ass. if you still got your ass kicked, sign up for real martial art class and stop being cheap and learn from videos.

but eh you can already kick semi-decent ass in highschool brawl with just few well mastered techniques from the show.
