Remove fear skill cos success is almost 100%

    Its funny for pvp if u get fear with 100% success, than no pvp at all. I got mr 1800 and always recive fear, thats realy wrong.

    Well having 1800 mr isnt nearly enough to resist fear at a good rate, having 2100+ then you'll start to see improvements.

    I don't see it being fair taking it out all together, but 18 seconds for 1 skill is bullshit, the total effect time should be lowered.

    its not bout removing fear altogether but really both the success rate and the duration r ridiculous. stuns r shorter and can be broken, but this? ignoring the fact that they have 4 of them and it literally always hits, u cant do anything in a fear. cant move, cant dispell it, cant attack. fear + bugged spirit substitution totally ruin pvp

    funny fact:

    single fear duration = 18 secs
    average gamez pvp duration = roughly 5-10 secs

    they have 4 fears to use
