Scheduled Events

Hello folks,

I, and many others enjoy events hosted by a GM a lot, however, I rarely see events being held whenever I'm online and I would like to see that change.

Therefore I suggest that our Staff team makes a schedule of whenever they're going to host an event.

For example:
Twice a day; 21:00 GMT and 21:00 EST.

This would be more fair everyone, as they would know the exact time to log on.

I just think that events should not be done randomly whenever a GM feels like it.

That used to be fun, though failed alot because of GM/Players not showing up..

 

In the past, I have mentioned the problem with the events that are hosted by GMs at random time as a result not all players got the same chance to participate in them, in this thread About the events' time schedule

The event's are done based on availability of items, server stability, and whether we can handle it. We can't always schedule them but i'll try my best to schedule mine.

I'm not sure about others but I don't care about the rewards. I just think Events need some organization on when/how.

As long as we get something fresh,its better than RvR with ABG as prizes

 

Mesmar, you are missing the point of the events. They are hosted to offer FUN and not only shiny PRIZES. In Gamez there is a huge lack of organization about the events from the GMs side and most people will agree with that statement.
Of course I know that being GM is something that you do in your free time but then again having a personal schedule wouldn't bother since it would offer more joy to all players if they would know when to loggin for a certain event. I hope you will agree with that.

Finaly, the current situation shows only one thing: that the GMs' schedule is messed up and there is no any certain time when each of GMs is online, when he/she hosts an event. There is no much of team-work in GM Team and this is pretty obvious. I don't have to be Staff member to see that...
