Can't even go to login screen

    hi guys, i'm having a problem with this area... i downloaded everything to the website and then i press the icon to go in the game, the game open up and all but then after awhile a error msg pops up.. game is closing, window is closing something like that.. i forgot which! but i have not even gone to the login page! i need help pls, i really wanna play :(:crying:
