Is there a reason....

That everyone and their grandmothers are suddenly deciding to use magic resist? I mean where's the fun in that? Now sorcs and spiritmasters are gonna have lame damage because people wanna "resist" our skills. Time to reroll ranger.

huhuhu i see more one QQing, man Sorcs can avoid it soo easyly with skills that gives a lot of magic acc and SM can just use Magic acc to avoid it too, and other stuffs that can be done.

What if they kite off SoF or you're zerged. Anyways stacking m acc will just give you lame damage and unlike Gamez sorcs, Crystal can't get away with having a full dps tree and being able to use the extremely needed pvp tree.

 

Hmmm.... I hope the new magic resist doesn't over resist. Talking about classes that aren't sorc or sm. Sins, Chanters etc.

To be a good sorc, you don't need to have a great damage. =p

 

Lately everyone has been using M.R. personally I find that a buff to myself.

Why?

#1: Cause it doesn't affect me as a chronic M.A. stacker.

#2: They eventually become so used to being able to resist it that they react inappropriately when they are hit.

#3: They are usually very arrogant when they come across a caster, assuming they are immune... leave many holes and don't seem to PvP as hard (I'll add psychology of a gamer into my guide soon... this is a pretty interesting section.)

#4: they have less attack (from stacking M.R. rather than attack), they have less hp (which is great since I am a SM) and they usually have low M.A. if they are a sorc or spiritmaster as well. (And I'll abuse the shit out of that too lol).

Overall just stack M.A. and then you'll realise what I pointed out here. Overall M.R. stacking is effective, but only against people stupid enough to not be wary of M.R. stackers.

 

True enough, which is why I don't fully stack it, just half MR and with something else, no matter how much MR I add in, sorcs or sm will get through with the MA. Plus full MR would mean physical classes having an advantage.

 

That and the fact that only way you can really kill a skilled sm is by hitting them to the death before they can react XD best set would be full attack (and full prayer D: ) sometimes, like against me, that can be harder to do than say O_O <such as some ppl assumed the best method to deal with me was stunlocking me... learned quickly how fast I buttonmash my anti-stun-lock-fear button LOL!> (outside of duel, duels don't count cause =/= how I'd react in real PvP and pre-buff and spatial temporally plan).

 

I suppose you're right. I just prefer killing glads in 4 skills(lolz) I guess now imma have to "try" anyways can't lose that much boost switching from orb to tome. Now to find where I need to bench the m acc at, so i don't end up stacking too much

One class I hate dealing with besides Chanters is the SM. Remember I had to deal with both of them at once. Was PVP moment, ever.

 

I just rerolled as a spiritmaster.

MRes stacks = 1 thing: no more rooting and stunning. It works like it should, find a way around it, no big deal.
