1.9-2.0 Stigmas System is needed?

im not gonna vouch for those who stayed in gamez only because they dont like the 1 month farming for simple gear, or those who stayed in gamez because their friends did not want to go to crystal aion.

im talking about those who came to games because of what it says on the server website and decided, hey,something that other servers dont have, let me go in and enjoy it.

like me ofc. but whats the point of even arguing with ya, i noticed that is the SAME peoples in the SAME thread for the SAME issue on a DIFFERENT page.

and ofc. we're gonna get the SAME results again. once those from gamez see this thread again...... well dejavuu??

all i can say is,u wanted crystal aion, now u have it. ya should go enjoy it and find ways to increase its population,rather than coming to gamez and find ways to make it like other servers.

so in 1.9 watch the server die without working stigma system,
you might aswell get a head start on finding a server with the same auto learn and fly free.
oh wait..
there isn't any 1.9 server with auto learn, cause they know server would die.

 

Please do not post on this thread if you can not read. If you can do what thebeard did with the stigma planner and suit it to your argument go ahead. He obviously proved that this server will break with 2.0. The argument is even stronger with the new skills. And there is actually a ridiculous amount of support for this initiative now, from gms also. Do we really want sorcs using glacial shard and wintry armor back to back? Use the stigma planner to prove me wrong, and maybe I can ignore the fact that you obviously post meaningless posts to simply start a flame war.

BTW nowhere does it advertise our stigma system is broken, it was just kept because people got used to it. 2.0 without a stigma system WILL BREAK THE SERVER.

 

Gift, i do not want to flame, i've seen you post for stigmas and i know that you want them to stay but you havent even researched or experienced how powerful these stigmas are and can be, having all of them is gauranteed death to server, people will see how futile it is to play anything but 1 or 2 classes and quit. That is not good for a server. If stigmas are not fixed it won't matter if this server advertises anything because no one will play here due to balancing issues

 

I personally don't feel like the pvp will be 'destroyed' by every class having every stigma. Let's face it... every class will get god damned death amounts of power... in the end that does balance out.

Only class I think that may become OP is the gladiator though gaining all stigma's, that and the ranger class (which already is a hot mess).

But the idea of a sm with 2 sleep spells practically makes me jizzzy in my pants.

 

Think of it in this way. Duels will last no longer than 5 seconds between ANY class. A sorc with glacial shard and wintry armor is a disaster waiting to happen. Alky brings up a good point, any server that used auto-learn ditched it for 1.9, maybe we should save ourselves the mass amount of people leaving and do the same.

 

THIS HAS NO EFFECT TO HELP BALANCE IT every class will have the stigmas but NOT EVERY CLASSES STIGMAS ARE as strong as THE OTHERS.

 

please tell me how you think every class having every stigma would balance itself out?
not every class's stigma's are as strong as others, and if the makers of aion thought it would be balanced, they would let you get both adv stig paths, and the rest of the stigma's.

 

Heh I guess even I can be swayed in suggestions... I took a peak at 1.9 skills and yes gamez will need a system in place.

 

if you even look at sorcs or glads or chanters you'll see something needs to be in place so that they dont have all their stigmas..

Chanters should not have a huge defense buff and have even more dps skills and big heals > . > i'm a chanter arguing to make my class more balanced than it would bbe

 

for u nerf herders... u like pvp,u like working stigmas, u like retail features, u dont like free fly, u dont want to have ALL useable skills at ur disposal, u like balanced out (impossible in any mmorpg) stuff, then you got crystal AION.

gamez is NOT and ill repeat its NOT full pvp... if it was,then i want a GM shop with everything in it. including anuhart gear,all crafted items, for ex; foods,potions,crafted top notch armor

ooh, and if i cant use ALL my skills on mobs, you know,that PVE part that i have to do every time i log in if i want to get gear,or craft for stuff, then i want ALL of the limited skills WORKING CORRECTLY.

when all of these problems are fixed,then ill agree with u on the working stigma skills on gamez server. till then, i think u should really give up on trying to get stigmas working the way you and some others want it and try to bring ideas for crystal aion so that it can ressurect it self before it vanishes.

remember,u made the thread and u asked us for ALL of our opinion on the server which I and MOST of the players did NOT leave to go play the low rate server. and here it is.

wether we want to read everything u wrote or not, you are still a guy who went to the low rate server and trying to come back to the high rate server with low rate ideas.

that you get so offensive at us "bringing low-rate ideas" is entirely wrong none of our ideas are low rate were SAYING implement the stigma system so that this server doesn't flop and die.

I am going to start ignoring your posts like you ignore EVERYONE elses. GO TO THE STIGMA PLANNAR FFS. Seriously, you have no point or substance behind your argument. I specifically asked people tp give EXAMPLES on why they felt it would be bad. Stuff like saying I think a gladi should be able to leap smash a target, immobilize it, insta kd it, unleash a spc ss chain that results in insta death or drain if low on hp. So...that clearly is not fair and OP, how do you find that fair? Please listen, this is a thread for 2.0 STIGMAS NOT JUST THE NORMAL ONES RIGHT NOW

were not trying to bring low rate idea's to a high rate server,
were trying to keep the server from CRASHING and BURNING,
and since your "Faithfull" you should be doing the same thing..
other servers were auto learn skills, they went 1.9, they took off auto learn,
or kept auto learn without auto learn stigmas because they knew the server would die,

so how about you take your book of a post, and show someone who care's..
because were trying to save the server, not kill it.

i'm on the forums to try and save this server because i want to see it succeed. I truly believe this is THE BEST Aion private server I've experience and to see it fail over a simple issue to remove auto-learn stigmas is a waste!

GIFT you keep telling us to play Crystal Aion, ALLY DOES not play crystal aion. YOUR defense is to tell us to play crystal which has NO place in arguing for this server's future. RESEARCH come back with a feasible plan and educated response on why or why not stigmas should be auto-learnt!

 

I am ignoring Gift as should anyone who remotely cares about this situation. I am still open to people expressing how the server can survive with auto learn, I just want a well articulated argument with examples to the question at hand unlike Gift's post which have yet to mention ONE 2.0 skill.
