hmmm i think that is why we have healing potion if dont know how to use it or u dont know about the existents of it its not the players problem

 

I agree, they aren't in retail because they are unbalanced. the 5 percent for 8 seconds is the actual meant-to-be-used version of them.

 

agree 10% in 1 hit is kinda stupid.
but there is no way to remove it now anyways hehe

actually i think its a little bit more than 10% <.< since in every 2 or 3 hits it just activate,for example if i use dual with 5% blind in both,char get almost all the duel blinded if i just spam random quick skills and with 10% i always get blinded at least @ 3 times per duel lol

 

l2use healing pots no one likes 10%ers, but I don't think the damage godstones are fixed

 

omg.. go and make duels in Sanctum.. when u want to kill moar than 1 Person like 1vs3.. all 3 has an 10% ?? u can pot 1 away and than?? run??..
