With the 1.9-2.0 new stigmas, should the stigma system be fixed?

    Gift. your counter-point is not even accurate WE ARENT trying to make gamez to crystal. this isnt a remove free-fly yada yada yada post. this is A MAKE SURE this server doesnt fail because every class has every stigma when NCSoft themselves created stigmas with the idea of having 5 advanced and 6 regular stigmas. Look at the pole 34 to 8, 80% feel this is necessary.

    But really I don't think it'll be SOOOOO bad... but I do feel some classes get shafted in the end.

    The fact of the matter is if the stigma system isn't fixed, we are no longer playing AION. It is going to be an unbalanced piece of shit MMO.

    (Not sure if this has been mentioned, cbf reading 11 pages of qq).

    NCSOFT implemented stigma trees for a reason.. They did it for the same reason as WoW did with talent trees, to add versatility to each class, so you can specialize in the way you want to play your character, and ultimately change your style if you get bored.

    I've played a WoW private server where people could donate for full talents, donation gear,etc, and let me tell you i saw people in retail gear with full talent trees kill donators with like 80k HP, just because of the sheer power you possess with so many powerful skills at your disposal.

    If you are honestly QQ'ing about this much-needed change, you are a horrible player and/or troll, and you should leave this server because it doesn't need imbeciles.

    Sounds like a win win if you fix stigmas. You get a balanced PvP system and Gift disappears. What are the cons again?

    Still seems to be overwhelming support for the stigma system. Once again, I ask devs what their plan is. It would hep me figure out MY next steps.

    As I primarily play my Sorc, I'm all for using all stigmas! :)

    Seriously, I voted yes. It would become quite boring to play with all the premium gear and spells without having to work for them... Ahem.

    Read opening post. This is asking for a change for when 1.9-2.0 comes out. Some people say it is good now, but very few say it will be good then. And the only ones who say that are being stubborn for no reason. Opening post has a link to the 2.0 stuff

    You really think so? I for the most part love to solo gank and i'll take 3 ppl at once in abyss if I had to. But now, if there are classes that can just two-three shot me, that'll be pretty messed up wouldn't it?
