What you like/liked the most about Christmas this year

Title is self-explanatory.

Personally, this Christmas is one that will probably stand out for me, for some very simple reasons.

First of all, last night was the funnest Christmas eve I've had in years, people who were browsing the forums last night might have an idea why but still I guess that doesn't count much as Christmas does it?

Well then my other reason will have to be good enough

I just went to see a movie and as we got out of the theater, the one Christmas wish I wanted more than anything else came true: I got a white Christmas.

Snow is by far my favorite weather and beyond beautiful in my eyes, yet after moving to my current city we've hardly gotten any snows at all in the 6 years we've been living here, and now we're basically getting a blizzard. I really cant explain how happy it makes me, just to have snow on Christmas. The flat, white landscape, dotted with brilliant lights of Christmas. Unbelievable.

Anyways what about yourselves? Did you enjoy your Christmas and what did you particularly enjoy about it?

I had a nice Christmas. Got a PS3. Been playing Uncharted 2 multiplayer with my dad and we're drunk off the whiskey I got him.(Don't judge! I haven't had any alcohol in EVER!)

 

Christmas was fun I putted my candycane in my gf wreath( if you know what I mean) :wink:

 

I'm both LMAOing and facepalming at the same time.

 

Christmas was awesome, but tiring. The honey glazed ham turned out awesome as well as the 5 cheese macaroni n cheese. The facial expression on my husbands face from getting a unexpected gift from my mom was priceless.... But seeing my 3yr old enjoy her toys was great.

 

I got a PS3 too Not many games with it, just some God of War combo pack and a sports game that game with the Playstation Move package included in it, was a pretty amazing bundle

I loved it most when my brother opened up the $2k laptop I bought him, he looked like the little kid that got his nintendo 64 lol..

and of course, I love dark and cold, which is how it's been in Ohio this year.. despite the bad roads, I like it a lot. Only missing one thing still, but I kinda figured it might happen so it's okay.

I got Uncharted 2 and one of the older Call of Duty games. I'm going out to Gamestop tomorrow to pick up an HDMI cable, God of War 3 and a few others(gotta love gift cards). Are you set up on the Playstation Network yet?

 

Holy crap why can't I can't I have you for a sis!? I love my sister but she never gets me anything like laptops.

Well my dad helped to pay some so it wasn't all my money, but then I spent around half of that on my dad as well, I wanted to spoil them this year since it might be my last christmas living at home.

 

Ahh I see. Where do you plan to go?

boring. boring. boring. last "good" christmas i had was at college, which kinda okay with a few friends, booze and karaoke. this year, at home, bored as hell since people here don't really celebrate. Q_Q
