    check to see if you typed your char name correctly, thats the most likely problem.

    You need to buy some item using your credits...they try to vote again...it will add your new vote credits...it happens to me 1 time when my credits point stuck to its number...

    Best thing you can do is email Carl admin@gamezaion.com and let him know.. Other wise you do what the other guy said, purchase something small with credits and see if it works.
