NCsoft serious problem

    Okay, so my friend have this problem with the NCSoft launcer. She had it for a long time now and we would really appriciate some help.
    We found out today that it won't repair at all. How to fix that?
    And when it tries to repair it gives us this error:

    So... what to do?

    Try to change the region to NA. Don't know if it's working but u can try it. :x

    i think the error log is pretty clear, says the patch was applied incorrectly (probably corrupt files) and that she needs to repair or reinstall aion

    also since its aion europe, it might be better to remove it from the list, set the launcher to north america then add it back and repair

    I had same problem, i reinstalled 2 times but didnt work then i reinstalled windows and it was work.
