Armsfusion problem (Lost ABG bow after the fusion)

I went to the amsfusion npc to fuse my enraged mastarius bow and ABG bow then after pressing ok to fuse the item the game crashed. When i reconnect to the game my ABG bow dissappeared.

not the first time this happened. even back when fusion came out, it happened to bows the most, i just lost 2 godstones back then (once the weps unstuck but i still had both, then the godstone didnt survive relog) i had jewels though

at some1s recommendation i made vids instead got me my stuff back a lot faster xD

 

i've read some issues about the armsfusion that's why everytime i fuse something i take screenies.

 

they said they fixed it already (like 2-3 times) lol, apparently its still not 100% fixed, u can tell evil bout it so he can come up with a fix

that's also what I thought that the armsfusion is fixed since there are a lot of updates saying armsfusion fixed

I'd say 1 SS is missing. The one where is shows that u succesfully fused the bows.

 

the moment I pressed OK the game crashed after i relogged the abg bow is already missing and notice that my kinah was reduced by the armsfusion service

still no replies from GMs

 

GM's can't do anything, you have to wait for Senior AM or higher to help you..since AM's can't spawn items.
