Please help me

    Hi i tried to update my items.pak file for the new 2.1 one but when i did it aion said that failed to initalize game. then i found a guide:

    i tried it did everything how it says but aion still says failed to initalize game. anyone please could help me?

    I am using win 7 64 bit

    Make sure your putting in the right folders, no duplicates. Usually that means you put a file in the wrong folder.

    rather than wrong place i think he took the wrong version :p i have win 7 64bit as well and it works (US client). the installers i made put it in the right place for him.

    atm im running asankas 2.1 items.pak, works just fine

    i think i know whats the problem but i am not sure i copied the 2.1 for the first time in data/items
    but you said i should copy it in data/usa/itams i do a repair then ill see what happens

    rename the old items.pak to items backup.pak or something instead of overwriting, that way u wont have to repair, can just rename the old 1 back and ur game will run
