Accidentally broke ABG book.

Fur, go to gamezaion homepage. Open up your CP, and go to add items> pic a character > Now click on the "history" link and post a screenshot of where it says that you purchased the book.

Then go in game, open every slot in your storage, account WH, and even your pet to show that you don't have the item on you.

Then update your first post with the pictures as proof. That should be enough to get your item back if you're not VIP.

Edit: Remember you need an Senior AM or someone higher in the chain to help you with this problem. Don't go PM'ing Mesmar/Longitude. xP

 

It's not harsh, you can't just make a thread about loosing a item w\out any evidence and expect to get it back ^.^

Unfortunately it is extremely hard to contact SAM+'s and such out of the blue at the moment. And is why normal AM's are in place, to bridge the gap. I'm happy to help him if he gives me evidence.

Hello guys i'm back, this time with evidence to show that i have indeed purchased ABG book and it's not with me anymore. I hope people will stop flaming me just because i made a mistake, and let's pray hard that everything falls into place nicely.

I have included 2 pictures, the first one shows that i have bought the ABG book, and the 2nd one shows that it isnt with me.

 

I Hope You get helped... im sure non of those idiots saying "no refund" wouldnt like it if it happened to them.


Nways, this is partially gamez fault.. i mean ffs make enchanting/extraction stop when u move... cuz atm if u misclick once... all the work u done to get the item is gone and no way to cancel it. fix the exnchting/extraction methods.

 

You might want to black out your account info since it's not too hard to hijack it once I know the account name.

And edit your first post, and add the pics there since that's what all the SAM and higher are going to see first.

Yup Do that fur, and aslo take a picture of ur bank too... SAM's have a command to view it but meh.

And if you can, copy from the chat were it says u extracted it.. u should find it.

 

I do not have the chat but i did take screenshots of my bank/inventory, please have a look at the first post i updated.

Okay, Head GM Brynette has decided that we will not refund your item because it is a player error, and we are not at fault in the slightest. The only way you will get your item back is if you PM Carl and if he decides to give your ABG Book back for some odd reason.

In the future try not to be so careless as we will not replace your items if you "Accidentally" extract/trade/delete them.

Na u not the only one i was enchanting a friend's breastplate at one time and messed around and extracted it. Except i got a lvl 70 stone out of it but it was anuhart so wasn't hard to get back but in your case............i'd say just keep pleeding with the gms and hopefully something will work out. If not try trading some stuff for another one.

 

This servers GM's are such asses, if someone donates for something and something happens to it they don't care. Which is why i despise this server and will never play private servers again, FFXI is the way too go if something is dropped accidently you get to have it refunded 3 times then no more. Makes sense? I think so, this is a ****ing PvP private server and you guys cant even refund an item someone payed for.
