Chain Skill Trigger Rate

True that , well if everyone's ready for such a change ... and there won't be mass ragings , I'm personally fine with it since I've played with & without it as well ...

 

this will nerf clerics ability to cast the only slightly higher magic dmg skill with a fast cool-time.

me and my lovely party ran into a party of 6 glads, and 1 cleric just wandering.

can't really expect people not to rage... once you give em something they take it for granted and come to expect it... they know 100% trigger as the norm and don't realize how much that affects pve AND pvp... I'd still like to see it implemented ><

 

People who don't want it shouldn't be complaining, 50% is still quite high imo.

I voted no, because then everyone would go be a Ranger, for they have hardly any chain skills. On top of that, Chanters get hit hard, they'd only be good for buffing.

 

I say make em .01percent cause we're hardcore like that O.O... 50percent actually sounds pretty good, won't get much whining like that.

i disliked the skill anywho, but,

It's not that I'm not used to a trigger rate, for I played a Chanter on Retail. But then again, we have all the stigma skills... So that causes imbalance to the trigger rate. The only way I could Pvp with a Chanter on retail was because of the stigma skills, but because we still have it, I doubt people will enjoy a Chanter anymore.
