Focused Shots still bugged

Okay I know every class has their bugs, some better than others, but focused shots is too much. For a ranger to be able to it you for 4k+ on multiple attacks from a 25m range(all instant) is kinda bs. Why is this class so faceroll now? It was fine before focused shots was "fixed"(not actually fixed it's bugged more now than ever). Call this a QQ or whatever but it's retarted when a class can just use focused shots out of your enemy chat radar range, go invisible then agon arrow, explosive arrow, and unerring and you're dead.

Please fix this, makes no sense to take hp from every class and yet have damage this high on a ranged class. Sorcs might hit hard but they dont have invisiblity or instants.

Sorry but i won't agree with you. I made a video to explain how focused shots works. Maybe the ranger damage is weird but focused shots isn't.

Considering the server has 40 percent pvp redution for all players against the 50 percent from retail you can't really compare the 2.

Really, ranger has quite low defense so if you're a sorc, use sleep on them then cast some crazy burst damage skill on them. Beside, AFAIK sorc has a reducing damage buff for a period of time. And ranger's focused shot lasts for 5 shots. ._.

Use AoE to reveal them.

 

1) 25m range AoE?
2) not every class have AoE
3) AoE also have CD

 

1) 25m range AoE? >>> Ice Sheet. It's casted on selected spot. Just use ur timing to predict where the ranger will move to. When ranger hide, you can still see he/she being semi-transparent before completely disappear.
2) not every class have AoE >>> Im talking about sorc.
3) AoE also have CD >>> There's also CD in stealth. As a sorc, then it's a 50 50 chance. If u cannot reveal them, death awaits. :x

Anyway I don't play sorc so if I wrong in something don't blame me. I primarily play glad.

 

1) u talk about situation where u are chaising ranger or u are sure that he entered hide near u... if ranger right after going into hide stops or gets close to u is just stupid couse like u said before completly dissapearing is semi-transparent. usually ranger attack u already from hide when u are busy with smth(PVE) so using Aoe everwhere is just stupid couse u drain mana and time u could spent on doing smth more imortant

3) true but hide CD is 1min and depends on time when ranger get out of hide he have like 20-30sec before going again and what is CD on AoE Ice Sheet?

anyway we can talk about different situatuins and all but the fact is that ranger dmg is f... up and smth should be done about it

 

Basically im talking about duel strategy here. If ur on raiding, never go rogue. Always do it in a pt, since imo sorc isn't suited to solo raiding. If a ranger ambushed u while u're hunting, and u're solo hunting, then just make some effort to escape but don't hope too much. If u got enough HP left, you can try cast sleep and then do some damage or run. The point is never panic when ranger ambushed u. It's not like you're being ambushed in real life.

 

Hide I is for 30~50 sec and CD is 1 min so he can be in hide again in 10~30 sec imo its little to fast.

 

I mean if you reveal the ranger as soon after he hide, he will have to wait for 50+ secs before he can hide again. :x

* Blame the no-stigma system. Beside, 2 skills won't reach 10k damage. 7-8 damage at most imo.

* This is a private server so bugs are often found. Well personally I also don't like the way fear bugged now tho. >_> And you said a GOOD sm can't lose. Well, he's good. Blame who? :x

 

geezz..i really wont believe that a ranger would win against a sorc or even from a sm soo stfu ( unless silence arrow works on every aim )- check ur ping* and ur enemy's ping* maybe that would help.for glad..unless u have better ping than the ranger or ur really good,ull win

since us,rangers - has an edge against melees and ppl w/ lower ping
why QQ ?rangers are made w/ almost the at most DPS in every game lan or online or what not.since they have less def and hp fyi*
for aion rangers,i love it stun lock and even have sleep and hide.. and traps too w/c give us all the options we need to have your face spank the ground.w/ or w/o focused shots..but w/ hunter's might and devotion(buffing it after stunning shot chain,to have it maxmized ) still GG -

yes u are right sorcs can win against rengers(rengers aren't build to beat sorcs - maibe to have a little advantage ) !!!!!!!!!(i personaly did it most of the times - only in case of silence my chances are lame^^)
and yes u get 10k with 2 shoots - ag make 5.6k + idk lethal ?

and yes gamez and crystal are 2 diferent servers lmao !!!!!!!!!!!(if i'll could use wintri armor + gl shard - trust meh i wouldnt QQ - !!!!!!!!!
