    why can not I display my Officer 1. I have enough AP for an officer

    You must have more AP than ranked 1000 Star 1 Officer of your race. Let's say rank 1000 has 400k AP, and you only got 200k AP. You won't get to Star 1. Now the rank system applied. You won't get higher than Soldier rank 1 just with minimum AP to advance.

    because der are too many Officers that is why u dont change to star officer 1, the officer's slot is already full
    even my character, im still Rank 1 even though I have 7mil AP..
    hehe... I hope there would be AP wipe again.. ^^

    nope its not bugged... I've already asked the GM...
    he said that you should beat the rank of the last star officer
    if he has almost a million AP... then u should beat that million AP before u get the rank
    mine has already 7.7million AP still my rank is Rank 1... hehe
    try asking the GM (GM Fynie)

    Officer ranks only update during a server restart, and AFAIK Elyos ranks don't update period.
