    UI/graphic features will be client side ... About content: some of it already there, some you wont see on pservers for a long time (its better to backup your working 2.1 client now to avoid problems with rollback later).

    Also i'm disappointed in NCsoft (again)... adding more PvE instances/content and not enhancing PvP is just fail.

    But that doesnt mean that you'll have 100% proc chance for those items. Pretty much they will make it how it works on Gamez atm (with the exception of craft animations).

    The same.

    Vampiric Wave FTW. Can be a good substitution for Improved Stamina. And I like how the face customization become more complex. It even gives a "childish" look option. @_@

    doubt that, all this new items will be put into the cash shop only skills which I doubt in the first few weeks will be bugged.
