And this is not the first time that they change the cap from 2600 to 3100 and viceversa. Its to anoyning cause i have to change my build everytime they change the cap.

 

a high rate server means HIGH DROPS, HIGH KINAH, FAST EXP

erm... trollololol.? sorc hit 2k with a 1-2 sec cast time and glads hit that on sorc isntantly.. without crit..

we remove all the skills because if we had skills we would be like retail

But LOL sorc hitting glad 2k?
Don't know which skill you meant,
but I think sorc has better ones.
Even my sorc hits 1-2 sec cast time skills more than that and I'm not even full magic boost.

 

pls read more carefull.. zzz.... he said average 2-3k and sorc skills that hit 2-3k have abt 1-2 sec cast time..
