    Yes completely remove Aion .. then remove the empty ncsoft folder .... reinstall + update = good to go :)

    Yes uninstall using windows ... that would leave a empty NCSOFT folder delete that as well when finished ... then procede to DL a new copy of the client .. install ... update ...

    LOL, make a backup of everything (in case) and delete everything
    and just reinstall your aion + gamez aion
    If it doesnt work, then you probably have some kind of virus or shyt in your system,

    idk, thats what i did o_O it worked ..
