    some skills sometimes faks up and u cant use it for some times. about chain , u need to be very very lucky to get 1 to use it. 2hours didnt let me to use 1.

    Chain skills are not bugged , most of the chains has a trigger rate of 10% which is pretty slight , but this is the way it is on retail servers .

    today i cant use chains skills! yes they are buged!!!!!!!!!!

    how about chanters now? with your stupid trigger rate they don't have much skills to follow up the fact that they only have 6 PvP skills.
    they suck much more even in PvE....

    trigger rate is fine but the dev is just too noob to make it really low....
    fail update so to speak....
