    Um getting gov doesn't give any stat bonuses it just makes the bulleyes on you get bigger and bigger. The only real advantage is bragging rights, and Deity which you can't get the seeds for anyways atm.

    I don't know why it was necessary to mention gov really, its not like govs take super decreased damage or anything, unless they're just gov's from having skill and being fully geared out but honestly its too easy to get AP on gamez so I refuse to believe most gov's are any better than the average person

    There's only one gov. You'd actually have to play quite a lot to be a gov here.

    It doesn't make him the most talented, but I'm sure he would have to be pretty good to get that rank.

    Not necessarily, depends on class and how many hours hes willing to spend on reset week I guess, but not everyone has to be good to get gov first :3

    As long as I know a lot of chars ranks are stuck at some level
    even though they have lots of AP,
    so I would like to guess that there's more governors than one.

    Find an average sorc like you and do a Shadow/Lightburst on him in the same situation

    If it doesnt kill i'll give you both 99472392 cookies

    If you still dont get it
    You cant kill with Shadow/Lightburst = you fail

    um...some classes buff up the "resist 1 mage skill" buff xD it resists the 1 hit killers as well :p btw normal resist works against it too lol

    Templars actually have mad resist against Bursts. I can barely get over 8-9k on a fully geared one.
