Problems with GM (I assume its Character/Server related..?)

I didn't know whether to put this in "Problems" or "Questions" so I just put it here.

Ok so, I'm chillin' and just talking to some friends, then I see that a GM logs in. It doesn't feel necessary to give any names because this GM might know who he is.
I see a GM log in saying "I will be on for a bit, need help, just ask" or something along those lines, something they always say when they log in.
So I see the GM having a nice casual convo with some friends I guess? Then a few people come to ask about problems (Bugs, Quests, etc) and what do I see?
The GM is still talking to the other person, and DUELING, while completely ignoring the few players asking for help.
Now I don't mind GMs at all wanting to have a good time, but ignoring players in need is just a big NO.
I think they should know what it is to BE a GM and whoever hired or recommended them should have thought about whether they are responsible enough for this task.
I saw the GM just totally ignore the person and continue dueling, I mean really? GM? The one who should be helping others when needed?

This is not an insult, this is an observation and a complaint.

Please don't troll or flame when replying, GM and Players alike.

 

If GMs wanna talk and have normal conversations and duel, they should be doing it on their normal characters, not GM characters.

Exactly, no point getting on their GM characters if they aren't going to do anything but stand around, run around, and fly in the Gold Temple.

Well take screenshots and report those GMs to higher staff, they won't get away with it for to long.

Well sometimes we are getting spammed by thousands of questions , and it's not easy to keep every questions tracked .

However , I'm trying my best . And I'm sure Lumiel GMs are doing their best as well ~

since im almost all the time online in lumiel my gm char name is Icedearth, dunno about wich gm you'r talking.

 

He said the GM was having a casual conversation and dueling with someone, and when others came to ask questions they were ignored.

Well in that case , take screenshots or record some footage & report it to his/her higher-ups .

But, I'm not familiar with any higher leveled GMs. I've only seen Trainees.
Are there any names that you could tell me just in case?

 

You can report to any Senior AM in siel/Lumiel, you can report to bryne aswell.

This AM always having good time talking with his/her friends while im asking some Serious Questions , But i didnt even see any few letters (pm) coming frm that AM. . . . Lolz busy talking with friends huh? hey YOUR GOOD IN POSTING "GM APPLICATION" but when ur an AM now, u cant even do whats in ur Gm application! Nice job. . . . . . . . . . . I was srsface during the whole post until I got to this line then I couldn't help but giggle. (old forum members will know why, you don't need to worry about it ;o)

Anyways yeah, GMs should probably only be having normal conversations and stuff on normal characters, but even if not that is a bit frustrating that they ignored people in need of help. Bryne and Ashtar are your best bets for dealing with the problem. Ashtar is HGM on Crystal but shes still a very important part of staff and has authority over anyone that was doing this, and shes on almost all the time, so she should be able to take care of it.

wow people it was me. When we get on we are spammed needing help. if you come up to me its possible you wont get help right away due to that and i was dueling checking for duel bug.
