    guys... help :D i wanna buy the blue heliopetre powders red and white one but npc tells that its sold out i've been waiting since yesterday but still tells that its sold out so does it have any time restriction or is there any other way i can craft them? : o

    download the old 2.0 npc.pak. that will fix it along with fragments.

    yes. you need to download items.pak 2.0 and use the npcs.pak from 2.0. ONly the npc.pak
