chat logs can be modified. SS cant if you dont go and smartly photoshop it.

Exactly it needs the caliber of Dmitra to this kind of stuff. So why would someone waste their time editing just to frame someone. They even have the chatlog to prove it. Why would we doubt the chatlog if it is an accepted evidence.

I read all comments, and it's seems that these guys saw a hacker, post it , and got ban.

See the other posts of Rdei for example, when we went to the elyos (jeiparan , etc) we saw flying elyos and posted it.
In normal state, who see hacker post it, but with this ban, the gm/admin reach, that the really good guys will go to an other server.

Everybody can change shots and logs, but why do u think that these guys not tell truth?
(and everybody use a paint or ps make red line to u can see easier the problem on the printscreen )

There are a lot of reasons for the twisted 000's.

First: Not good graphic quality. The players setting might not be that high in details unlike the guy in here:

Second: Since he edited the pic encircling it with the red the quality might have been lessened upon saving specially if he edited it in MSPaint.

lol. The funny thing is you are impying that this TS friends pic was modified but then you cant prove it. If you base it out of those few 000's that was somehow got weird looking then observe the pixels around those words. There's not even a slightest cut on the pixels around it. Also in the thread I linked there was actually some spacing in there as well. The purple numbers were somehow close to each other while the light bluish one got a bit of space in each number. Try zooming in 100-200x
