I'm not sure because i never played aion before, but form what I found those npc: Byrgafa,Bakan,Tiele | Amarunerk,Juergen | Momorinrinerk or dont exist, or exist but are in other coordinations than they should be. So if any GM, anyone from stuff, or anyone who know about them could answer me, if they exist-where are they, if not-when it will be fixed, I will be very greatful

Just type /where <Npc Name>.If the coordinates doesn't show up then they are not spawned.

not exactly true, some locators r bugged. from own experience, sometimes /where doesnt find them but /pathfinding does or neither finds them and they r there if u go to where they should be.

its true though that some r still missing. if u wanna be sure, dont use /where or /pathfinding, just google them and go to where they should normally be

also 1 of the campaign quest mobs in...alukinas palace is the spelling i think, is not there

But why do you guys need quest NPC-s you can make a max lvl char in like 2-3 hours. But yet, there are NPCs missing.

Bakan is still missing, and is not a quest NPC.

Bakan buy Ancient Icons, Seals, Goblets and Crowns in exchange for Abyss Points.
It's an important NPC since those seals are useless without him.

Also there should be a shugo in the Core (close to fortress, but not inside),
that exchange 50 percent more Abyss Points for each Ancient Goblet and Crown.

Here's a calculator that shows the correct values:
