i'll start off the whining then... the reason i picked this server was cuz of its high rates auto stigma and 100% chains... now there isnt much reason to play gamez over crystal =/ i might go eslewhere

 

The fact is that implementation of the stigma system will screw Crystal over. The one main advantage we had over Gamez was that we had a functional stigma system. That was why a lot of players played there in the first place. If Gamez gets this, it will pretty much ruin Crystal. Crystal was meant to be the retail like server, not Gamez yet Gamez lately has recieved a lot of updates with "retail like" in them. Pretty much Gamez is being turned into Crystal 2.0 except with higher rates and we all know that people are gonna pick the higher rate retail like than the lower rate retail like. I agree with the "No"'s on this.

What made a lot of players come to Gamez was the fact that it was based around the PvP aspect and it had all stgimas usuable pretty much. Gamez was one of the few private servers out there that did that and if they get rid of that, Gamez will lose one of the things that made it unique.

 

This is what a lot of people are trying to say.

I think on more then one front, implementation of the Trigger in the first place wasn't really thought through, as from what I've heard, one cannot go without the other, the other being Stigma, it's good that Evilset wants to improve gameplay, but I wonder if Carl AND Evilset considered the repercussions for Crystal.

That's true, but at the same time, some classes on Gamez are OP with the Stigma system. The trigger rate hardly did anything, except nerf one particular class. We'd be more balanced if the stigma rate were to be added in.

Which once again arrives at the problem of Crystal.

I've personally given up on whining and QQing about this, because it's coming in any case, this poll is probably just to measure community opinion and to see how many would rage over it.

 

Finally someone has said why Gamez is unique, wise words.

I do believe Gamez needs balance, but it shouldn't be at the expense of another server. The point of Crystal was to be a retail like server with low-mid rates to appeal to players who liked balanced pvp and some pve content. Gamez was all about pvp though which is why they had autolearn everything. They did not have to really worry about the pve aspect cause you could max out pretty quickly in about three hours and then go pvp.

 

The problem is Stigma Tree , u can't take 11 good skills u need to take some "bad" skills to have one god so if u can make free stigma skills chose maybe will still be unique this server(how they want) and all wins here, in other words Advance Stigma Tree OFF

 

Well, if you had all your good skills like we do now, we'd just have button mashers who don't even know how to play their class x.x
