    This has been discussed before... In my case, I haven't. And still, how many might have created twin accounts to vote 'yes'? I believe moderators are able to see through this. This issue of the twin accounts is something we, users, cannot deal with, let alone speculate. My point is, as it is right now, the community has said no.
