[Hacked] Somebody hacked into my account

Hi everybody

Today i got on to play my gladiator

I realised my items was gone...

he took my Masta spear + abg fused +15 and leaving my character in sanctum, when i know last night i left my character at abyss

Missing item: Masta spear + abg fused +15
Full set of Anuhart +15
2000credit now -110


GOD DAMN THIS hACKER i got no Proof even had these items


I ALREADY SPENT SO MUCH on this game... and somebody seem to hack my account

i never Revealed my password and username to anybody..

CAN a GM answer this Thread ...

this unfair player is living off peoples accounts

 

They could check your last trades logs and find out the ip that were traden to.But it might take some time until Carl does it since only him has direct access to the server DB.Anyway are you sure you haven't give your account infos to anyone?

 

Did you have VIP? He couldn't have stolen your credits or ABG if you didn't. Also you can check credit history to see where it went.

 

Did you buy the items with your account? If yes, purchase history will help. Are you VIP ? If not then your spear shouldn't be gone but if it's fused with mast a primary weapon, the he could have taken your mast a spear.

 

do you tell your account info to some ppl in game/ or in forum? or mybe you had trade it and you just forgot. what are the last things you do before your items are gone?

 

Im totally sure i havent leak my account to anybody.. i hope they catch this noob and perma bann his account and ip..

Fused weapons aren't tradable even in VIP. Just saying. They probably defused it or destroyed it. Sorry bout your loss

I'm not going to accuse you of anything but just preventing that there are some sites with hacks for Gamez that ask you to log in with your Gamez account.That's how most of them are stealing accounts.Anyway i hope that they'll check the trade logs and help you out.

 

i dont have VIP.. ill check credit history.. but my MASta spear armfuse with abg+ 15 is missing <--- i know this is not tradable
but its missing =0

 

actually,some ping reducers site / softwares have trojans. they can hack ur account.

 

i better change my pay pal account. never know this guy will hack me

 

u still ahve a chance of getting your missing item. =) mybe it was just bugged,th server got lots of them u know.
wait for a server reboot. and mybe u'll get ur item bck. =)

the item he took seem to aim for the high tier stuffs
im pretty sure i left my character at abyss
today i woke up to get on my gladiator to see my character next to the sanctum warehouse

that answers it all. confirmed. u account has been hacked.

 

I've been playing with jechto during most of the times, and i can confirm that he did possess that masta spear. Infact it was a masta armsfued with a Abg. So the hacker must be pretty desperate to armsbreak it and steal it.

 

just need your transaction history to prove it. then may be you can get it back. good luck bro.

 

do you always play on your home? did you try playing while somebody is watching you type your password, or play on a computer that's not yours?
