    Think Again , Evilset will have it on an NPC where you can buy it , but hopefully its on Kinnah , Not on AP , cos New Players cant farm much AP , since most of the Players are Abyssmal Geared, they will have hardtime farming em.

    Thats how i feel, i came directly from retail, so i came here just thinking it was easy to get drops and level fast. I had no idea about all the skills, and after playing here a year i welcome stigmas, lets actually have some balanced pvp or at least partial balance. Having all the skills albeit fun at times, it's kinda retarded, if they wanted all the classes to have all that, they would have just made it that way. And the only one's crying about the change are the baddies who are going to watch those kill counts drop actually having to learn and customize their class to get kills.
