Honest opinion about this

I think I made a mistake when trying to be nice with a community and actually communicate with them. I just tried being nice to you making thread polls to see your personal opinion about it. The server is not mine, so all final decisions are from Carl, who is also asking for personal opinion people who knows game better most of the players here.

Well since I discovered some of players don't respect my work I think I will become as all previous developers who actually never communicated with Gamez community.

First, you guys Complain and moan that none of the Devs will speak to the community, then when they do finally, you complain cause they are communicating too much.

Evilset has now lost trust in the community, to be vocal with you all. I don't blame him for wanting to be silent.

Some things can be left unsaid.

 

Theres nothing wrong with communication at all, it's just that, as you may have seen me say earlier, some of your posts are rather blunt, and while that in itself isn't a problem, it may agitate some people, Crusher for example.

And some people don't really understand the meaning of the polls, I think for future.. how shall I say, gathering of information it may be a better idea to have people actually post their opinion about a certain subject, so you have accurate and clear information on something, not to mention it avoids misunderstandings of people assuming something won't happen because No is winning in a poll.

I for one do appreciate the effort you put into this server as a developer, even if my personal tastes cause me to dislike some updates, but hey, can't please everyone.

Well EvilSet in any moment i did not respect your job and I never said you were a Bad DEV, to be thruth i think u are the one with more skill that i saw around here.
The problem is with your imparciality. It does not seems u are doing that the community really wish and for that u can't blame nobody else then yourself.

You proly have the most important post after Carl and there are no spaces for jokes and personal interest in your job.

It's not easy to be you. But i bet no one said to you that it would be easy.

What I don't want and many other people too is to see u using your talent in a way majority does not agree.

And don't think you are doing us a favor. It's a job and u responsable for your acts.
I fear for you when u saying u will act like other DEV because none of them last for long. Soo be careful in your choises.

Bella i think the community lost trust in Evilset first. I don't know what that means but it's not good for sure.

 

poll Question is: "Stigma system ?" and not "Implement Stigma system?"
They already decided.

if 90percent vote for "no" maybe they don't implement.

 

I think glads will manage the stigma system just fine.

 

People bashed Evilset since day one he put his App in, then continued when he got hired. So in all actuality. His reputation never got better in the eye of several people. I give him props for not leaving due do flame threads about him.

 

all i whant too say thanks for the time you take to improve the gameplay here in games and and don't mind the plp who don't like the updates cuz some don't understand the updates and some don't wanna understand the updates

 

Glad will have problems and Rangers much more.

 

Too bad for rangers then, i stand by my point that a half decent glad should be able to cope with the change in situation, hell, even I don't think I lose that much as a glad, and I'm not exactly that great at my class.

 

Hmm no they won't those 2 classes are still the lead killers in Crystal. Templars and Chanters will have it hard.

I agree, I already used that stigma planner, and I can pretty much still get all of the skills I actually use, minus maybe 1 or so, certainly a situation I can cope with, and since I care nothing about dying, I don't have a desperate need for BOTH Second Wind and Improved Stamina either.
