Aion Server wont let me in Could someone please help me?

I downloaded the full client and everything and when it goes to the log in page I enter my user and pass and it says its invalid and i checked it it is right? I registered for the site and the forums and the launcher... so what do i do? How do I register for the game itself? can someone please help me? I'd really appreciate it. Thank you.

And that you're launching using the Gamez launcher, not NCSoft.

If it still doesn't work, I don't know :x

You followed everything it says on that page?

Make sure you have the Gamez Launcher and NcSoft Launcher. Make sure everything is up to date. Also you can always just try and make a new account if it keeps saying it is invalid, but more than likely you may be trying to login to retail by accident instead of Gamez.
