Top rangers on this server and manastones.

i never used crit + attack manastone since 1.5 version..

im almost 7 months on being ranger and now i quit ^^

my items are full abg

im fun in tanking as rangers so i can kill parties of asmo

crit on weapon fused.. and full evasion on set or hp

I'm using crit , attk and hp..

crit cap is useless for me...I guess..!!

my crit strike(without buff , food , scroll) is 611

so far so good..!!

On ranger attack is not as important as other classes, it only really effects auto attacks for the most part and only slightly effects skills, this used to always be a big debate on retail. As far as crit, you need upward of 650 to defeat +15 armor, assume all your opponents have it on this server, so that being the case they have an inert 19.5% chance to resist a crit from your attacks.

 

Each person says one thing, maybe a ranger really good ( top20 of server ) come to say that manastones use.

Few post back, they said on the contrary, he had to use full attack and the rest was madness.

 

waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaattt rangers dont use m.acuraccy, they are already have high acuracy stats, all u have to do is strengthen ur attack and crit. cos ranger really do damage a lot ^^


by the way, in crit, u can choose either use food plus major crit scrolls, so that u will have full ms attack ^^

 

You know about you're talking ? I have 1100 magic accuracy with my mastarius bow (more m.acc Than abg bow), and sorcers and anothers class Have 2k + m.resist ). You cannt use silence or sleep on them.
So it says we have a lot m.accuracy? Surely you are wrong and you speak about accuracy.

Accuracy - evasion.

M.accuracy- magic rest.

have crit on fused bow rest is att work fine for me
didnt bother to experiment on this server
but on a other accuracy gave a higher stable dmg
btw wasnt tiny always on the websites top 10 ? thats before they cleaned it out

 

a top from Gamez history or a top from rangers that are still playing

 

max crit damage on ABG players : 5.6k ( ranger vs ranger )
manastones used : attck + crit
if i take those manastones ? wud it still be the same ?

crit/MA ranger puts any magic resist noob back to sleep, any time, if hes ABG like me if your gear is too weak then crit/attack w/e but honestly if you take advantage of your buffs you dont need much attack stones. Sometimes accuracy, m.accuracy, critical, elements such as those are more effective than the actual attack stat.

 

I can tell you about the different Manastones and their use for Ranger :

Magic Resist - to not get snared, blinded, rooted ..
Magic Acc. - to sucess in using silence, sleep .. -arrow better
Evasion - boost chance of evasion to maximum of evade every 3. attack (cap) [compared to normal enemy accuracy u need ~ 3000 to evade 3.] > useless.
Hp - boosts HP im not a fan of this, that is maybe on more hit u can take, since ur def is low
Crit - boost chance of critical attack, but not power of it.
Attack - boosts attack, but having 600 or 700 attack doesnt change much, since that is not base attack, but additinal attack (counts less)
Accuracy - Crits can only be done if target doesnt block, parry evade - counter that mit Acc to increase Critrate more.

I prefer Crit and Acc build. :bandit:
MR is nice, but i can Pot those and use Focused evasion.
