    I have done lots of test yesterday, and I found the 1% godstone can activate because it shows at the lower left corner, however, it just notice you it is activated!!!!but there is no dmg effect on the target~~~~~~~~~~~~~Developer please fix this bug!!!!!!

    They are , I was testing ...
    They doesn't deal damage if they're socketed in an off-hand weapon though .
