Top rangers on this server and manastones.

evasion caps at 30% and its 10eva = 1% soooo....

you only need 300 more evasion than your average opponents accuracy, also the dodging +200 evasion ranger buff helps greatly.
On a side note I don't think devs fixed the evasion/accuracy rates well enough because evasion is currently a nerfed stat regardless of your evasion.

In general people love crit/attack but, A. they don't even know how much crit to put in and how much attack to make that build successful, B. Magical Accuracy, in this high rate server can and will be more effective when fighting people with ABG who use MR. Just pop attack buffs when you need to and you'll be fine.

Reason why MA is so important? aside from sleeping and silencing, things like entangle, stuns and roots work in your favor as well, traps too though I haven't tested that one.

MA rangers can do what other rangers cant do. Kill A player with MR build. And if any ranger thinks that can kill my MR sorc without MA build come and try it
