Info About Premium\VIP

Hi,

I would like to apologize to everyone with a membership problem. Problem was discovered and we applied the patch already on our server.

Patch is working only for players who their VIP membership wasn't purchased before the update was applied.

I talked with Carl about this, and what he meant is that you need to post the receipt that you get when u donated.

For all players who their Premium membership got lost I'd like to ask you to post your proofs here.

Any proof's of being premium is a bit hard since history didnt mention anything about the players buying premium. However, it is also quite hard for the admin to just trust the players word. Not too sure how to solve this but hopefully someone come out with an idea on how to solve this case so that everyone is happy.

 

I didn't take ss when I purchased my premium membership so its hard for me to show proof that I was on premium membership. This applies to other players as well not just me. I do hope that we can come up with a solution to this.

well there isnt history in my purchase list.

So how are we (gamez community) supposed to provide proof that we had premium accounts ? if we never expected this problem to accur with prem and VIP accounts going back to basic acc's to happen in the first place ><.

 

I do believe that he was talking about other History or the same one and to show the Premium\VIP...

Morometi, the purchase history shows us all the items we bought with our account. However, since premium is bought via another section at the user CP, there is no premium purchase provided. . something needs to be done to compensate this error. Up the voting credits for a few days to let players compensate the 2k credits they lost. Just saying it might be a solution. but then again too many multi voters that might abuse it. so yeah. EOS.

 

The only thing we can do is take a SS of the Membership Access which should show that we are VIPs and that we can't afford prem because we allready have it.... but that only helps ppl who have prem and VIP which is still active!

 

Feeling kinda double screwed, first alot of us got vip just to do trades, but was willing to live with having to do that, but than to lose our premium is kinda harsh. The worst part is i only found out about mine being missing by accident, i went to trade and couldn't so i checked my status only to find i didn't even have premium

And like alot of them are saying what proof? i have proof of me buying credits that day via my email, but it doesn't say what i spent them on

how about us that bought pre buy credit that earn from voting? i only have 1 SS that has exp i got when i was Pre b4 bought VIP.
3.7m exp in a group of 4. SS in dec 3rd 2010 (w/o Pre should be 1.8)
and now 7.5m exp alone. SS in today jan 12th 2011
(killing the same mobs)
can i use this as a proof?

lol u asking us to report about the premium user lost problems that we cannot even prove or where we can get the proofs,even in history list there is no PU or VIP user stated when u brought it..and now u were only referring for donators only..so how about people who only earned credits in voting and brought PU..this seems so unfair..this is bullshit..just dont want to make a flame..but someone as a AM trainee..do something about this problem not only for donators..including for voters too!!

 

Post anything that is different (and shows that you may have got VIP\Premium) and it's different then a normal account.
