Teleporter with fly problem

Hi guys,
a friend have a problem if they need to speak with teleporter he say to him that he cannot teleport if he fly but he dont fly :S


Please help !

 

if u get pked while flying, ur wings icon shows as if they r on and u cant turn on ur wings

to fix that, glide on the spot (jump and press space in midair) it should fix

 

Its not a client problem ? (any data)

 

shouldnt be, if what i said doesnt help, he can always repair his client in the ncsoft launcher. dont think itll be necessary though

 

Dont work the teleporter say you cannot teleport while flying :S

And if he try to fly the wings dont get out...


its a bin32 problem ?

 

then its probably what i said with the wings glitch. tell him to glide on the spot, should fix his wings

Its maybe from the Items.pak that i download them from here ?
or maybe the bin32 folder ?

 

repair would fix all of that but no items.pak has nothing to do with it, it only affects what items r tradable. if its a corrupt bin file a repair will fix it

 

system.orv ?

 

system.ovr is for freefly but u can normally fly in any town where the teleporters r (except sanctum/pandaemonium) so if she cant use her wings in any other town its most likely a corrupt file somewhere. repair would fix that

the system.ovr should look like this on the inside (edit with notepad)

u can try replace it with this, if that doesnt help, just repair

 

ok i have now repair... but still nothing :S omg...
If he fly 1 time he cannot then anymore.. the wings dont get out

 

We have find that if he walk he walk faster then normal and the fly time get lower (the game thinks that he fly now)

 

thats really messed up...never seen this be4. well my suggestion is to let him/her run out of flight time. if what ur saying is right, he is using flight time right now. once its out, his wings might fix

 

maybe a gm need to fix the his wings

 

Another day without fix...
We need a help from a developer to help us to fix that because its terrible problem


Edit: I have login with his account and from me this wings-problem dont exist... i think the problem its not from character but from client


But we have repair and still nothing
