    the reputation is given by gm's/am's and so, u will notice in your setting tab when u get one!

    EDIT: It can be also added by anyone on forums if he clicks the star under your post and choosing I approve
    u can also decrase reputation, by clicking I disapprove

    exactly :p ive seen enough "reputation farmers" who rep each other's posts back and forth

    reputation is meaningless lol, u can get ur freinds to + rep spam posts, u can have people who hate u - rep anything u say even if its helpful

    Actually you get reps from everyone

    Click on the Top Reputation list

    e.g. Adieu

    Clicks/Reputation Level/Power
    70/2947/317

    You start with 0 rep level
    The points that you give out when you rep someone is the amount of power you got

    So if Adieu reps you,you get +317
    which means your rep level will raise to 317

    O yea um
    click on the little star icon beside Thanks button to rep a post
    the number of the Power = number of points if you gain if he/she reps you

    look down at the star press it, if u press i approve u'll get good rep if disapprove then bad that way

    As Ally said anyone can give rep. The little star symbol next to "Thanks" is how you rep someone. Just click it and hit "I approve" to give positive rep and "I disapprove" for negative rep. You can only give out so much rep per day and rep power is dependent on how much rep you currently have and your post count.

    To be honest with you I normally just rep people for anything lol. Everybody deserves a little rep here and there when I am capable of giving it out.
