I don't think an AM would need to take your items, there's no need. You are most likely hacked, but you were hacked once. There is no reason to create a new character on the same account unless you changed your password after you were hacked.

 

Damn that sucks man. Hope you get your items back.

 

I have to change the password on my acount since I lost the first items

but all of them are useless ....
I lost my armor after the change password

so what's the point if the password can still open an account

first he create 1 char elyo in same ACC, after quest acenssion he tell you, usa ACC wharehouse for pass kinah for you first char

but I think the GM's should help, I have some parts of my set +15, losing it would be very bad ....
