Actually I think the other food was magic resist food and not magic boost. My bad XD

You guys do know, that atm mr is working like charm. You resist even part of the dmg. I was fighting many sm on my sorc, most of them doing so little dmg. even with fear they cannot do much. So if your sole mission in the game is be able to defeat a sm stack mr. LOL. If not get over it. I do all the time when i get feared. Lol . Most good sm stacks magic acc meaning they are thin as paper. Glad can take them down in 3 good hits lol. Sins and range will have no problem. cleric can easily out heal their dmg even if cleric gets fear their noble servants alone can kill sm. chanters will have no problem stunning sm. It basically who gets the first jump lol. Who ever gets the first lock down wins. That applies to all games. Stop being a baby...

am amazed how ppl brains operate so lets say we all used MR (yah just to resist one skill and not sure every time it will be resisted) then every SM used MA so still we have not change any thing so ur solution is pointless

am just saying every class have a roll and every fraking aion player knows that SM is debuffer but here in gamez thy r debuffer,tanks and damage dealer

 

I have 2.8k mr with my buff and i cant resist fear sometimes =/ The sad part is that pretty much every SM uses fear even if i dive in 2 groups solo = ="

 

2.8k and still the guy am sure is not using MA so still what thy r saying is pointless about MR

 

That is what pisses me of the most.
Ur alone. U run into a full group or two, and the moment ur in range instant fear.

Anyway according to people here all glads should reroll chain armor with full mr.
I say. Alot of classes got nerfed for destroying pvp.? Sm's turn now

 

The best way I implement MR in my char is I always have with me a spear full MR so vs caster i swich to spear with 1 click and have 140 extra MR my rest gear is enchanted normally...vs fighter i use another weapon

The problem with enchants is that u use some enchants to cover something andat the same time u expose weakness to something else

aND PLZ NO MORE i HAVE 2K MR - 2.8k MR u just don t have it end of story

Have means I m walking around with 2.8 MR. And i have not seen many templars running around with chain(lma0) full of MR manastones spamming their buff(which has a cooldown time)
Maybe some crazy wackos make some pointless calc pvp in Panda or Sanctum but none is actually using it in a real battle.
A MA SM might be good against a caster but is too exposed to rangers other sm and chars with large HP and healing abilities.
He may also be good at mass pvp cause his effects will be guaranted suxess but again he ll be among the first to fall


U want to have a good pvp char add a stat that will never fail u in every case and that s HP 95. You may lower damage output, but u can do no dmg when u dead so the how can the extra hp be bad? Survival is everything in pvp.

 

Hp means nothing when gladies can consume that extra HP with 1 hit. The key to surviving on a mage class is to have your spells land. Obviously you haven't played a mage class or have played it long enough to realize this.

 

gladis mean nothing when they have to sacrifice crit/attack to stack MR and even go chain armor.
works both ways here.

Oh and btw. i used chain armor on my glad for a while stacked with MR and i had around 2k tops 2.1 with food prolly.
so any Sm stacking MA would still land shizzle on me. so in the end. i have MR socketed wich does nothing or not enough and i lose the crit/attack sockets

 

you don't attack a SM head on, duh. fear is fine..

 

i attack a group heead on. and still always and i say ALWAYS i get insta feared first

my sm can reach 2.1k+...So...keep stacking...
