Need Help Missing items

    Last time i seen my armor i had placed it in the account warehouse to transfer it from my gladi to my temp. We had a server reset,. for updates i think and the countdown started and wouldn't let me get it back out at that moment, but no biggie to me at that time. So i log on now and figure i'd play my gladi some and my account warehouse is empty. I'm hoping i actually get some help on this matter, the gm's have been getting alot of bad press as far as resolution, so I'm praying it's not the case now that i actually have an issue i can't just wash my hands of. I do have proof, I'll provide, but my items that expired was 2xagb crit rings, 1xagb belt, agb+15 plate set. I do not have a prem/vip i repeat i do not have a prem/vip so i was thinking even if i got hacked they couldn't even trade my stuff off so i didn't think it was that, has to be the account warehouse during that reset. Thanks for helping ahead of time and now i'll provide my picture proof, also I'm in one of the largest legions who just happen to have a gm in our legion, i say that to say everyone knows what i had. Anyway here is my proof...as you can see on the pic i highlighted my armor and you can see everything lit up and set bonus's and you can see my jewelry. And if you check me now I'm naked except my gs that couldn't be put in the warehouse, so i'm armed but naked. Character: Saltydog .....siel server..

    Damn still no gm help? so what they forget you until you give up? Kinda hard to give up your set gone meaning you can't even play one of your favorite classes lol. Also kinda hard being as though i used paypal so it actually cost me...sigh :(

    Suffery just like to say that your going about this the wrong way and also breaking one of the forums rules ie bumping your thread to many times in any 24 hour, your only supposed to bump it the once in 24 hours.

    Only Senior -AM's can deal with your problem which may take a little time so just be patient.
