    This will give me an idea what the community wants, feels about me and how I can make my work better for you all.

    GMs make mistakes sometimes, that's why we have seniors and the like to review evidence and pass judgement as well, such as what Fynie did. For that I say, you're doing a decent job so far, keep it up and avoid the drama. :]

    Oh, I forgot one. Try to be as active as possible, people seem to get nervous/annoyed when they don't see any GM online.
