Sending emails

when you send a problem or request to [email protected]
aproximatley how long does it take for the person controlling them to reply?
or could it be that an action you requested be done without a reply?

 

usually it will take time....

 

i know its been 5 days and im still waiting patiently

It really depends. If it's something quick it should be fixed faster, and more complicated issues like donation problems and etc. will take longer. Take into account that Carl is probably being spammed nonstop with messages, so you'll have to be patient.

after how many days would u recomened trying to resend the email?
i dont want him 2 accidently miss it but i aswell dont want to bother him

 

Most of the players are just spamming his inbox .
But since you seem to be polite , just wait a day and re-send the mail with a more eyecatching title ;o

Yeah, if its something no importint or w/e, he will probbly not answer.
