Hi Zeebay, I am Winlly, I feel so sorry about what my boyfriend did last night. I can understand why he got mad about being banned. He has never been post as hackers. Before you banned him, some asmos who got killed by him whispered him and called him noob. You know, many asmos like Sexyspell, she usually says noobs to elyos. So he thought you were one of them and he was like go ahead. He didnt know you were the real GM. And about the animation hacking, he didnt realize that it was hacking until you banned him. To be honest I dont really think its hacking at the beginning cause we can use trading patch too. However, its my fault, I shouldnt download that patch from forum. What I want to say is sorry. Hopefully you can forgive him.:lol:

Please , you have submitted about 7 ban appeals already and Senior AMs ( mostly Fynie ) checked them all & denied .

I'm really sorry but this was not a personal assault against you or your boyfriend , he just violated the most important ingame rule (Do not use and 3rd party programs )

 

He didnt use any 3rd party programs, its a patch just like the trading patch. I think most of the players downloaded it from forum. So I think there are a lot ppl using it. Why didnt you just make an annoucement to tell people about hackings. Cause when the server just started, trading patch was also forbidden but now all the players are using it.

 

wth, are you talking about? wich trading patch? item.pak or the Trading hack?

 

the item.pak, we cant trade those untradable stuff like Aunhart's armor at the beginning but now we can.

 

Listen Winrry , I have taken like half an hour , been discussing this case with the staff .
I asked every single trainees / AMs / SAMs / HGMs I found online on IRC and everyone agreed that the video shows your boyfriend using either bugs but obviously it's more like some kind of animation hacks . We all agreed that there's something fishy going on , and only after being confirmed by every single staff members , I banned your boyfriend .

I'm really sorry if it was your account and that he risked it ... but honestly , if we are looking for guilty people in this case , you can only point fingers at him , not me .

You can submit other 10 ban appeals , if the previous 7 were denied .. I highly doubt the further appeals would help .

Let's just close this case , feel free to make a new account , I didn't IP ban your boyfriend just a regular account ban .
If you're willing to play again on the server without any unfair tools , then please do so .

If you decide to quit over this ban , I can fully understand you & I hope you will have fun wherever you go .

So its basically the same, I add another skill.pak into the skills log. Importantly I got if from forum

 

then you get banned.

 

I promise he was not using any tools. Its just the skill.pak which actives the remove shock and makes some skills available when moving. I can just show the pak here, you can test it if it works. If it is not working, I will stop and quit the game. Can I email you the pak?

I meaned GMs should warn ppl before they ban them. If it is speedhacking, obviously hes using 3rd party program but its not. If ppl will get banned by using pak which they get from forum, you should at least tell us which one is illegal. Otherwise ppl will get banned for the reason they dont even know.

 

I think there are a lot non English speaker playing the game. Do you really think they will go through all the rules before playing? You should just post like "forbidden tools and paks ingame"

As far as I know, there are no skill paks on the forum. It is clearly stated in the rules that it isn't allowed.

I really don't see the difficulty in the situation, all of the staff agreed something was fishy, now don't tell me every single staff member here is in the wrong, highly unlikely, just accept it, the banhammer has slammed, now you can, as Zee said, either start over or move on.

In any case: Nothing of value was lost.

 

They did post that lol like Euphrosyne quoted from the rules. It's not the Am's fault or anyone else's for that matter that you didn't read the server rules. The fact that you knew what that patch did and you put it in your game folder anyway, meant that you were well aware that you were editing your game profile, and that things would work differently for you than for the other players of the server. Stop trying to act innocent and justify your actions, what you did was the work of you, take responsibility for your actions and be done with it.

 

Where can I download it from except forum? Someone post it and I cant find it now but I still have the pak which I can email to you. Maybe he got banned for posting that but we dont know. You can go through the whole server. I bet you there are still a lot players using it.

No, a lot of players aren't using it. The reason why there was a ban for an animation hack is because the skill works differently for everybody else. And I'm sorry, I searched the whole forum for a "skills.pak" and found nothing. You must've gotten it off a different forum, since it's not here (and I have enough mod powers to look through deleted threads).
